Accessibility is an essential piece of starting any Cyclical INC community. In short, we want to provide access to community for church starters who don’t currently live near Cyclical ecosystems. One of the most populated spaces that churches leave untapped are existing online communities. In light of this, Cyclical will be running a beta test for an online hub of ecclesial innovators. A Space for You to Grow
Cyclical INC recognizes the importance of pastoral care, leadership training, and the power of peer encouragement. We need other to grow as we persist in working to develop and grow worshipping communities. A problem we see too often is church starters feeling stranded or unsupported because they are working in remote areas that are distant from like-minded leaders.
The vision for Cyclical Online is to create an accessible forum where discerners, starters, and experienced pastors can come together for encouragement, strategic training, resources, and peer feedback.
Before we create this online experience, we want to understand the needs and context of those with whom we partner. As a preliminary step, we will interview courageous beta testers to help to organize the framework for Cyclical Online in ways that will be most beneficial and supportive to future participants.
If you have longed for a community of church innovators and would like to jump in, I would love to talk to you more about your ministry, context, and training.
We want to support Cyclical Online leaders through each of the unique stages of ministry, and we hope that you will jump in with us!
